Water main burst from above

SERVPRO of Centennial Hills received a call in regards to a residential home being flooded. Upon arrival our crew acted fast by shutting off the water main in order to stop further flooding. Without delay our crew moved furniture out of the home and then started the water extraction process. Once all the water was extracted we empathized with our customers that we can handle this job and will do everything in our power to save their home. We needed to remove quite a bit of drywall and baseboards in order speed up the drying process to prevent secondary mold damage. We remain in contact with these customers through all of it until we make their home "Like it never even happened."
